Valero Vs DeMarco predictions

Valero is putting on a show out there. He looks awesome!

I'm not, Valero's power is nothing out of the ordinary, like Freitas, it's based on a 100% KO ratio over sub par opposition.

Obviously he has respectable power, but from what I've seen he is not a 1 punch KO puncher.

That said, he should be able to KO DeMarco within a couple of rounds, surely. He is gaining momentum and DeMarco has no momentum at all ::

 

valero dealt a beatdown in round 7. demarco is a tough dude, but he hasn't shown a damn thing besides his good chin and backing up without much retaliation.

This time Estrada fails to fist-pump at the end of the round. I think its because he threw more than 12 punches that round and was gassed at the end.

Frankly, I thought Demarco would do better than that but I didn't suspect he would take that many punches. I felt he'd go down earlier but in a good back and forth battle.

I have to admit, Valero looked much better in this fight than I've seen him before.

He looks like a small lightweight though.

 

Based on today I agree with that, but he does have stunning power sometimes. Against Mosquera, he tapped that ass from round one.

I was gonna put a serious bit of change on him, but he was -500 on bodog to win, thats not worth betting

 

The end. Very good performance by Valero, unlike that alleged P4P bitch dwarf from Puerto Rico he fought like a man with the huge cut and broke DeMarco down, instead of settling for the technical decision as soon as he could.

Al Bernstein didn't do much research on Valero. If he did he would have known Valero's defence was good. Valero's calmness with that cut was incredible tonight.

 

Corner stoppage it sounded like to me. Good stoppage he was taking a beating.

I admit he can fight though. I thought he was wild, sloppy and amateurish before. Somehow he looked much better tonight.
