Floyd is so scared of Shane that if Shane beats him he wants to fight him again. Shane must have forgot about his teeth ache and how he turned down the Floyd fight in RS's office.

I don't know what was worse, him asking for a sparring match during the interview, or him telling Shane that he was on his break so he might as well talk to Shane, as if that was nothing more than killing time or something.

I did find it interesting to hear the professionalism that Shane spoke of and how he focuses on the fight and leaves the theatrics out of it.

What really sucks is the first 24/7 I'm really interested in, the first one with Shane Mosley and I'm going to miss it, because I'm deployed. Just my luck.

You'll probably still be talking about that tooth comment months after Shane has KO'd Floyd.

    word

Shane KOs the diaz, taylor, Rivera, Wise and Stone's of the world....but he doesn't come close to stopping the De la Hoyas, Forrests, Wrights and Cottos.

He can stop face first no boxing skill having amateurish chumps like Mayorga and Margarito....but no way is he stopping an accomplised boxer like Floyd.

Come May 2nd..Floyd will by 41-0, 26 by way of...

    Negative.

Margarito was a nobody when Floyd moved up to welterweight.

Floyd fighting the man that beat the tar out of Margarito proves that he is scared of Margacheato.

Revisionist bullshit! Next you'll tell me the fans were begging for Floyd to fight Baldomir.

Floyd moved up to fight Judah...who was the undisputed Welterweight champion when Floyd was still a Jnr Welterweight. Judah lost to baldomir. Floyd decided to fight them both. Why would Floyd.....no......why THE FUCK would Floyd need to fight Margarito at that time?

Why....'cause Margarito had recently beaten the great "six heads" Lewis? :atu:

For real, margarito was the toughest challenge at 147 for quite a while prior to Don King passing around the lineal title among his stable after mayorga's upset of forrest

Yup and vivian Harris was the most ducked man at 140 (in his mind) prior to getting his ass handed to him by Carlos Maussa....

We're not talking about what Margarito thought of himself, we are talking about what the fans thought. Any real fan of boxing would have loved to see that fight take place. Only a Floyd groupie of the worst kind would argue that. There was a FAR higher demand to see that fight than the friggin Baldomir fight. Don't act stupid dude.

    Nonsense.

I distinctly remember on THIS VERY FORUM at the time when Mayweather beat Judah that his haters were yelling..."he's not the champ until he beats Baldomir". I don't recall anyone saying that he had to fight Margarito.

the only reason there was any protest regarding Baldomir was that he had beaten Judah prior to PBF's beating him.
