escalante stepped it up in the second half o the fight, particularly downstairs, to win the fight. i didnt agree with atlas' scoring of the first half of the bout however.
I think Escalante should get the decision. The KD could be the ifference on the scorecard. Hopefully they can have a rematch on HBO or Showtime for more money.
Didn´t score it R-B-R, and Esclante will get the decision, but I felt Roman controlled the action and landed the better punches throughout. Escalante will get KTFO, when he fights somebody good, who can punch.

Escalante was All But BEGGING to Get KO'ed in the 9th & 10th Rounds....@ Least in this Particular Fight, Escalante had a Height ADVANTAGE, yet he Negated it All Bout Loooooooong by Bending @ the Knees & Leaning Over TOWARDS Roman, w/his Chin Straight Up in the Air... Escalante-Hernandez was a FOTY candidate for 2006..the guy makes for fun fights because his offenisve style, lousy D, and solid but crackable chin
