Yeah.I couldn't find a thread on it.I missed it saturday because I was at work,so I watched the rerun. I like Dominick Cruz.He uses head movement ,footwork and angles in his standup.I think some of the boxing fans can appreciate him.
Torres got dominated and Bowles quit like a bitch. The UFC needs to absorb the WEC and make it all into one promotion. There is no point at all to having two orgs with no overlapping weight classes. It would be one thing if they kept all weight classes and treated it like the minor leagues. Now that the overlapping weight classes are gone, why even keep WEC alive? And going to PPV will be a disaster. They won't break 300K buys.
Zuffa would be THRILLED with 300K buys. But I don't think it gets anywhere near that. You have a ton of casual fans who have DirecTV that probably don't even realize they're having a PPV. TFK
Yeah, I agree. I just pulled 300 from my ass, which would be a not so good number by UFC standards. Then I started reading about the last UFC PPV and the word is less than 225K. This WEC card is doomed.
