Werdum was knocked out in only 1 UFC fight and they cut him. Why the f*ck didn't they cut Lesnar after his loss to Mir? Hell, why not cut Mir after his loss to Carwin? Why not cut Kongo after his loss to Mir?

And I also said MMA as a sport is in its infancy. My opinion is that Cain Velasquez and Dos Santos both need to have 1 more fight to earn their title shot. And that means both these guys fight EACHOTHER in order to get the winner of Lesnar/Carwin.
The heavyweight division isn't so impressive right now. Since we're not going to get Cain vs Josh Barnett or Dos Santos vs Fedor anytime soon, we'll need to have Cain and Dos Santos fight eachother. The best test either one could face IMO.

Shane Carwin got badly rocked by Gonzaga. Cain got badly rocked by Kongo. Lesnar already got tapped out once and Dos Santos didn't look like any kind of hot sh*t against a shot CroCrop.
