JLB won a decision over Spong, he looked like an ogre physical wise as he had to be 30 to 40 lbs of muscle more than Spong. Still, he needed the flash kd in the 1st to win the decision ( it was a draw on my card ). K-1 really need to had a new weight class as it is really unfair for guy's like Spong or Corbett ( who doesn't want to fight giants )

It's The uber knee, ...The uber knee, ......

Overeem won by 1st round ko via uber knee in the thai clinch, heard that K-1 was going to ban the thai clinch soon. Will lose a lot of interest in K-1 if it happens

    thanks for the updates, man.

I can't believe K-1 would get rid of the Thai clinch, horrible idea if they do.

You follow K-1 probably more than anyone on this board, Azazel, do you kickbox?

nah, I used to box but I never did any kick boxing or muay thai, know how to trhow the basic kicks but that's about itn I'd much rather do MMA thant thai/kick boxing, as to me it advantage way too much the high kicker
I am too shocked about the thai clinch rule, it just makes no sense other than maybe getting rid of Schilt and Overeem

BTW, Hari looked excellent vs an Ignashov in survival model. Stupid for k-1 to put Ignashov in so hard in it's combeback. He barely did anything in his UD loss.

yea it was. kyotaro has a boring style, but he's arguably the best one punch KO artist in K-1.
