There's actually a significant fault in that Photoshop. If Fedor really was built like that, with little percentage of body fat, the bones in his face would be more apparent. Which is why the photoshop is not realistic. Fedor's face is that of a man with bodyfat, you can see he's puffy around the face. The photoshopper should've leaned out Fedor's face to make it look really authentic. But it's just a joke photoshop anyway.
