I think Adamek is a little too brave for his own good. I see Areolla stopping him in 4 explosive rounds.

Brutal slug fest ends in around 7 rounds with a win for Arreola, before Haye rings HBO to complain about how boring it was.

Agreed. I'll be rooting for Adamek, but I think he'll be undersized and as you say too brave for his own good.

For all his technical short comings, and despite his blubbery sobbing after the Klitschko fight, he's as tough as they come. I respect Arreola just due to the fact that he comes to fight, every time. Adamek is a better technical fighter, but he's got nothing to keep Arreola off him and as we saw in the Klitschko fight, it takes a lot to discourage him. I think he walks Adamek down and stops him mid fight. Maybe even early if Adamek wants to slug.

It should be a fun fight but I think Arreola takes it. Adamek is not the type of small guy who usually have done well at heavyweight

I'll take the upset, Adamek by close decision, surviving a few rocky moments but outworking a sluggish arreola over the distance

Is Adamek really an underdog here? I think he should be favored. Should be a fun fight, I wouldn't be surprised either way.

I could see that. Adamek would have to box very intelligently though. If he tries to return fire with fire any time he gets hit he'll get knocked out.

Think Adamek will outbox Chris for the first 6-8 rounds, then a one shot KO type punch will drop Adamek.

I think the fat man wears Adamek down eventually, but you have to credit Adamek- he makes for such fan friendly fights and has clearly has a sizeable pair of balls to be going about his business as he does.

I'll be rooting for him, but he be just a little too undersized to get the job done.

No I'd be shocked if it were allowed both ways but I'm pretty sure it's just a one way street oh lets call it double standard boulevard. Am I right?

If I'm going to defend the unfair resentment against the Klitschko's from American websites,.. I need a release,.. it's a self indulgence. :crafty:

Adamek will slug when he wants to, box when he needs to, and put in enough rounds to win a close but clear decision.

However, the judges will award the fight to Arreola.

I'm going with Adamek. I just don't think very highly of double D's. Dude isn't serious about his sport. This shit will continue to catch up with him. I'll Holla 5000

As awful as the HW division is, this has the potential to be a half decent scrap. Somehow I can't get particularly excited about it though.

I'll take Arreola. He has a decent punch, and seems fairly tough too, the main reason though is that he's bigger than Adamek.

Adamek's style isn't really suited to being a small heavyweight.

I have to admit that Haye is deceptively powerful,.. I could manage to degrade everything that he did,.. except for the fact that with the very few punches he threw and landed on Ruiz, they hurt him,.. and it is suprising, seeing as how he doesn't look very large in there, his smallish frame generates a fair bit of pop.

I agree. Apart from that straight right hand, Haye doesn't have a lot else going on. But that punch is quick and hurtful, and is the single solitary chance he has of beating the younger Klit.

I admit Haye is a bit more powerful than I thought he was at heavyweight.

I didn't think he looked particularly powerful Vs Barrett or Valuev to be honest, but even though Ruiz looked shot, he is still durable enough. Hurting Ruiz with single punches is impressive.

I'm much more impressed with his power than his alleged speed.
