Whitaker & Benitez --- two of my all-time favourites --- meet between their main divisions.

An awfully difficult fight to score, I'm sure. Who do you like? I'm really having a hard time deciding. Whitaker is greater all-time, IMO, but Benitez is a little bigger, a little stronger, & just as clever. They both just had preternatural instincts for making a man miss, & both suffered with the judges for being that way.

Um....I'll go with Whitaker, mainly because he was a little faster, especially of foot and I can see Bentiez having some discomfort with having to play the role of aggressor, as he predominantly would here. 10-5 type affair I think with more feinting than punching, but great to watch none the less.:dunno:

Gimme Benitez. He'd probably win with his long left-hand alone. Whitaker wouldn't feel the pressure that ignites his stink. Instead, he'd find himself hypnotized by the clogne in front of him. He'd become overly aggressive late in the fight, in desperation. And he'd find out how futile his efforts are.

I dunno who wins this fight, but I do know that Whitaker would pitch a shut out on Castillo.

First off, in the rematch Floyd won at least 9 rounds

    Secondly, STYLES

Floyd and Whitaker were two totally different fighters

Castillo won NO MORE then 4 rounds in the rematch. It was 8-4, or 9-3 in Floyd's favor. And I consider Pea to be considerably better at 135 then Floyd.

Whitaker woulda pitched a 12-0 on Castillo.

That looks like some of the moves Whitaker used to pull off.
