Why is everybody complaining that UFC fighters are underpaid ?

That's a bunch of bullshit and you know it. Any topic regarding the UFC has you running in here defending Dana's business practices and talking about how the organization is paving the way for the future.

yes, and if these gamble suceed, who will it profit ??? Zuffa so why again should the fighters have to take a pay cut for this ??? Will the fighers get a ROI ??? If your job tells you you won't have a raise for the next years because they need money to invest would you be cool with it ??? Of course not, maybe the next generation fighters pay will get higher because of it but it's no reason to sacrifice the current generation of fighter for it.

As for my job, unfortunately me, like many others in my area in these tough times, has had to take a wage freeze. Nobody in my company has gotten a raise in well over a year, and we've all had to take unpaid furlough days. Sure, it sucks, but when the other option is layoffs, you do what you have to do. But again, who is asking fighters to take a paycut of pay freeze? To the contrary fighter salaries and bonuses are growing, not being cut.

I'll go ahead and look. I remember you clamoring for the fights and praising the UFC's fight schedule when it was announced.

 

TFK will praise anything and everything UFC-related. Hell they could put on Harold Howard vs Keith Hackney for $54.95 and TFK will be telling us how awesome an event it will be. And then he'll proceed to make a prediction on the fight only to be wrong like he usually is, as we saw last night.

I haven't read through this thread yet but how about you take any other SERIOUS sport such as baseball,basketball and football and compare the rate of pay compared to what the organizations make. People who try to justify the UFC underpaying there fighters make me sick.
