From what I've seen : Starling by close decision.

man this is as close as they come.

Quartey may edge it..

 

Im thinking Starling comfortably actually... Quartey was overly reliant on his jab and when it didnt work enough, hed abandon it... Starling was way too clever defensively and too good a counterpuncher to do that with... I think the styles here are all wrong for Ike
