I think one of the reasons of UFC's success is that they travel all over the world, with events in Canada, Britain, Australia, Dubai, Ireland, and many American cities, while still holding many events in Vegas.

For 1, there's NO Legal Gambling Outlets (Casino's, Riverboats, etc.) in the Region AND the Area Surrounding the Stadium is Pretty BARREN in Terms of NIGHTLIFE...After Pac-Clottey, Everybody Basically Just Went Back to the Hotel that Housed the Fighters...

The Elite Level Dallas/Ft. Worth Strip Clubs & Night Clubs R a Bit of a Drive from where the Fight would Take Place...Whereas N Vegas, After the Fight U can WALK to whatever Night Spot U Wanna Chill @...& REED Won't even Get Into the PROSTITUTION Aspect of It...There'd STILL B Women Around Making themselves Available in Dallas/Ft. Worth, but it WOULDN'T B as Convenient as Flipping thru a Catalogue & Dialing 1 Up to your Room....
