    What happens here?

T'would be a great battle. Gimme Pavlik to survive a couple scary moments early and be outboxed and down on the cards mid way through to outwork Eubank down the stretch to edge out a close decision.

Even though Eubank was overrated... he'd have beat the dog shit outta Pavlik. The Eubank of the first Benn fight stops Kelly in 10.

    AgREED.

Eubank by late stoppage is the call here. Kelly can only seem to beat guys he can hurt. If Benn couldn't hurt Eubank enough to beat him, Pavlik sure as hell can't.

Yup. And I dont see him outworking Eubank either. I see his workrate simply opening him up for more and more Eubank counters. Plus he'd have a hard time getting off in the face of Eubank's herky jerky movements, and Eubank had fast hands in his prime.

I think Pavlik loses to Eubank, Benn, Graham, Watson, Collins, Kalambay, Nunn, Johnson, McCallum, Toney, McClellan, ect.

Anyone here ever watched Eubank vs Dan Sherry.

Yes. Eubank could have shitty performances, but at his best he beats Pavlik. Kelly has proven to be one of the more limited middleweight champs of all time.

During his era Eubank would have lost to Jones, Toney, Nunn, and McCallum, but Pavlik isnt in the league of any of those guys. Not by a long shot.

Sure, I watched it live. Even Chris' promotor thought he had lost...

Eubank was one of those guys who fought better when he stepped up in competition (which he didn't do enough of IMHO). Plus, we are talking about the 160lb version of Eubank, which was the pre-Watson II version of Eubank. That was a different animal to the guy who fought those later 168lb defenses.
