Yep,that pretty much is the tops. I absolutely LOVE the "Super Six" tourney. Best thing that happened to boxing in a long time:hump:

Even after this tourney is over, there is still a lot of great fights to be made with each of them fighting/rematching each other.

Welter holds the single most interest for me, though Super-Middle, as it stands now, wouldn't be far behind.

I also have vested interests at both Light & Feather, where the Marquez boys compete. Not solely for their presence, though those remain driving factors.

140, I can't wait for Alexander, Bradley, Khan, and Maidana to start mixing it up.

I agree with those who say 168. The Super Six has taken boxing's least glamorous and most unloved division and put it at the forefront of the sport. With a few tweaks, the format could easily be transferred to other divisions with great success.

If we get that the rest of the sport can take a gap year in New Zealand for all I care.

none of them. there hasn't been a good fight since Pacquiao/Cotto, and even that was one-sided.

Williams/Martinez was good, which is why I'm so pissed about Williams/Cintron.

Unfortunately, I'm at the mercy of HBO (and competing promoters) when it comes to seeing top fights.

I guess in terms of my expectations being met, I'd have to say 168, where although the fights have not been great (super 6), they've been competitive and meaningful, and on a consistent basis. And by meaningful I mean useful in determining who the best fighter is in the weight class.

HBO's at an all-time low in terms of providing us with the evidence we need to determine who is the best in each weight class.

Showtime does this a whole lot better.

At this stage, watching boxing is not as fun as it once was. And I blame HBO for this.
