Pav at least needs to regain his confidence first. After an ass whuppin like he took with Martinez, in which he looked discouraged down the stretch, he needs a boost before he gets thrown in with Bute. They should match him with Andrade, before they do this matchup.

It aint happening too soon anyway. Kelly has already said he's not planning to comeback til November. Thats not a good sign. IMO.... Kelly is losing interest in the sport.

I think Bute will beat the shit outta him. And afterwards, I think Kelly will hang em up.

    Yep...

Pavlik would Rather Spend Time Getting DRUNK & Throwing Darts @ his Favorite Youngstown Watering Hole...

By NOW, Pavlik Should B a Mainstream,Crossover, PPV STAR...& The FACT that he Can't Handle Speed & Mobility Should've Been Discovered in TRAINING CAMP & SPARRING, so it Could B AVOIDED in Actual Fights...Somebody DIDN'T Do their Homework & Pavlik Became a Victim of Poor Matchmaking...

"Cuteys" DON'T Sell Anyways, so NOBODY Would've Blamed Pavlik for EVADING them Altogether...But Now, Pavlik has TWICE had his Shortcomings EXPOSED, he HASN'T Reached his Potential & It Appears that He's ONLY Fighting for the Money These Days...

REED Doubts if Pavlik would've Ever Been Considered a GREAT Fighter, but he Certainly Could've Been MUCH More MEMORABLE & MARKETABLE Than it Looks like he Will B...

    & That's a Damned Shame...

Reed knows, Reed knows,... it wasn't a white american fighter that drew most white-american boxing fans into the sport in the first place.
