I could see Floyd decisioning Basilio, but he hasnt fought a welterwieght anywhere near as good or strong as Basilio.. assuming Floyd can really beat a true welterweight fighter with the ease that he beats old washed up ones and ones that are really lightweights and 140 pounders, then he'd have to have a shot at decisining Basilio but of course, NONE of that is proven at this juncture And Basilio would be hands down the best fighter Floyd has ever fought above 130
