It's funny you mentioned both Marquez brothers. Because even thought I'm a fan of both I always thought that Rafael was a little arrogant prick.

Especially when they do interviews in Spanish where they can open up freely. I always noticed a difference in how they express themselves.

That he was a crafty mother fucker(true quote)
And that he fought him dumb and fell into his trap.
And he said his hand is a little sore but nothing bad it just hurt like hell in the fight.

Was he at all suspicious about this guy being on Ped's ?... 1 of Adamek's former camp members spilled the beans about this, simultaneously while Adamek was growing to 225lbs overnight.

Do you get the impression that, in his mind, he could have won that fight had he trained harder?

Nope not at all, he just said he was a tough bastard and a craft mother fucker...he never will discredit his opponent.
    But thats interesting.

And stevedave he would never say that he didn't train hard or that he needed more training because for some reason he doesn't think his weight matters...but he does think that he could beat him if they fight again.

Pretty cool you know this guy so well,.. I always find myself supporting Arreola in upcoming fights,.. I badly wanted him to beat Pedamek,.. and felt pretty gutted when he didn't. Do you ever talk to him about the Vitali fight?.. if so, what insight did he give you about him?.. Lewis said he has rock hard hands,.. has Chris said anything along those lines?..

For me it's Paulie. As I've said before I tend to not like the brash cocky arrogant pricks of the boxing world (and any sport for that matter), especially those who talk shit and don't have the power to back it up. That said, I dunno what it is about Paulie but he makes me laugh and I just can't hate on the dude.

Agree about P-Will. I actually laugh during his interviews just by the WAY that he says shit. Very likeable indeed.

Pacquiao until he actually tests positive still has to get the benefit of the doubt IMO. Very likeable guy.

Well he has faced both Klitschkos in sparring before and he has always said Wladimir had the hardest punches he has ever felt.
With Vitali he said that every punch hurts, it might not put you down or put you to sleep but it hurts and usually just breaks guys wills...
It just busts you up and your body goes to shit...

I always thought Mickey Ward fit the profile. But he is very unpopular on this forum.

Davryll Williamson always came across as a genuine, nice guy. And when he fights someone is getting KTFO.

I dont think anyone doubts that Ward is a solid guy, I think people around here just felt that he was given unwarranted attention in proportion to his accomplishments in the ring

I dont why people are saying Gatti, he was a drunk and not the nicest guy on the block, his great heroism in the ring notwithstanding
