Tonight there should be some good fights on ESPN2. I bolded my picks for the fights, which means the other guys will win. ::



Ji-Hoon Kim vs. Ameth Diaz, 12 rounds, IBF lightweight eliminator;

Ruslan Provodnikov vs. Emanuel Augustus, 10 rounds, junior welterweights;

Demetrius Andrade vs. Francisco Osorio, 6 rounds, junior middleweights;

 

Augustus is a last, Last, LAST Minute Replacement, but Hopefully he TESTS Provodnikov a Little Bit...

I've heard some crazy shit about Augustus but haven't seen him fight before. This might be interesting.

I haven't had cable in forever. Just got cable installed the same day I joined here.

 

Well for what it's worth Augustus usually entertains, even if it's in a clowning type manner.

 

U've NEVER Seen the "Drunken Master" @ Work???...If he's Been Training, U Could B in for a TREAT...

It'd B a STRETCH to Call Augustus a "World Class" Fighter, but he's Waaaaaaaaay ABOVE Club Level...Back when he Fought as "Emmanuel Burton", he Gave Floyd Mayweather THE TOUGHEST Fight of his Career (Until the 1st Bout w/Castillo) & Had an UNFORGETTABLE War w/Mickey Ward in what SHOULD have Been 2001's "Fight of the Year"...

His Record is like 40-40 & he HAS been Known to Come in Short Notice & Give Some "Strange" Efforts, but @ his BEST, he's a TOUGH Matchup for Anybody & ALMOST Deserving of a Title Shot...

REED just Looked it Up & Augustus' Record is 38-31-6, w/20 KO's...Been Stopped Only 4 Times w/Only 1 or 2 Being LEGIT Stoppages (1 of them vs. Floyd)....

Augustus is the Greatest Fighter EVER...........to BARELY Win 50% of his Bouts...
