caligula was pretending to be drunk in a last ditch attempt to somehow get sympathy. the guy posts online during the DAY and there is no way phonetap believes he's drunk all (or most of) the time when doing so.

however, if the guy really is drunk 2 o'clock in the afternoon on a regular basis then caligula is a bigger fucking loser than we already imagined.
