Yeah. for me Holy was an over-achiever, (his heart & courage which was second to none), who at times under-achieved in particular fights and went to war when he didn't have to. Was virtually out on his feet against Cooper, lost against Moorer. Beat the crap out of Tyson.etc.

Vitali KLitschko is pretty unorthodox, I dont know if that means he is multi-dimenisonal, about the only thing he cannot do is fight southpaw.

I swear when I entered the forum and saw that Irish was the last one to post I thought to myself "I bet he managed to propose a Klitschko brother as one of the most multi-dimensional fighters ever"...

    DIIIIIIIIIING.

Well....isn't Vitali? Guy can throw 1000 punches, he counters on the outside with a left hook, does a lot of weird and unorthodox stuff like those weird "uppercuts" he throws, has a shoulder defence from the right hand which allows him to keep his left low and jab from the hip. He throws hard bodyshots when his own back is to to the ropes and uses his weight against the ropes to roll under headshots.

No. Just no. Vitali's success is based on knowing his strengths and being able to take advantage of them. His strengths are great usage of distance which he controls with effective footwork and his physical strength which allows his unique punching technique. It is not like he had a whole bag of tricks.

Another question of course is whether or not being multi-dimensional is worth anything by itself, if that does not make you win more fights. For example Barrera was more multi-dimensional than Pernell Whitaker but Whitaker was the better because the things he did well he did very well and was able to take advantage of them

I did. It was lacking, so i sez to myself, I will give him a second chance.

Vitali can land bodyshots with his back to the ropes while he is being attacked. Thats pretty rare. He also has that counter left hook on the outside which he throws off the back foot.

This notion that he is tall+strong and thats all.....:shit:
