Lemieux's gloves were loaded...

missed the fights but didn't expect Demers to get koed by a guys as ordinary as Verra

 

Demers is, and has always been awful.

 

So is Vera though, I thought vera was much worse than Demers. Guess not though. ::

 

The real question here is : Was Double L loaded when he started this thread?

 

Not really. But sometimes when I'm posting at the same time I'm watching a fight, I get a overly liberal with thread posting, forgetting that i'm not chatting, i'm posting. so sorry for this thread. but honestly, my first reaction was that Lemieux's gloves were loaded - he was hurting his guy with every punch, even glancing ones.

Lemieux just appears to have very heavy hands. He's quick too. Heavy hands + good handspeed = a legit puncher.

Not yet ready to say he'll be a future star or anything, but I def think he's got a bright future. Esp cause 160 is pretty shitty right now. Lemeiux would already destroy a guy like Duddy.

 

that was my thinking. Not that Demers was a world beater or anything, just that he was a solid gate keeper capable of handling a guy like Vera. Guess he wasn't
