    Interesting Fight...

The IMMEDIATE Thought is that Machida Wins, but when U Think about who's BEATEN Rampage, it was Guys that DIDN'T Mind a PHYSICAL Fight...Machida ISN'T Gonna Try to WRESTLE Rampage, he's Gonna Try to OUTSTRIKE Him...

That Plays Into Rampage's Hands...REED Won't Go So Far as to PICK Rampage just Yet, but this is an INTRIGUING Fight...

Sweet! I am picking Rampage by KO.

This is a good analysis. However my problem is that Rampage seems very immobile lately. He also plants his feet and really sits on his punches. I think that Machidas mobility and quick strikes coupled with leg kicks could be an issue for Rampage.

But then again, all Rampage has to do is time him.

This is one of the things I love about the UFC. This was a logical matchup and it happens. Both guys coming off loses and they don't get easy comeback fights.

1 Thing MMA DEFINITELY has on Boxing is the LACK of Promoters &/or Networks MUDDYing the Picture...Even w/Strikeforce & Other Organizations, UFC Damn Near has a DEATHGRIP on the Sport...

This Makes for a CLEARER Picture in Terms of Who's CHAMPION &/or who the LEGIT Contenders R...

It isn't... but once a fighter gets KTFO like he just was, it can change everything.

Not everyone is built to come back from something like that, whether it's mental of physical.

Pure speculation. Just because it CAN happen, doesn't mean it will.

True statement. We will see what Machida is really made of in the fight with Rampage.

Of course it's speculation. No one knows for sure. Some guys can recover, others can't. The jury is still out on Machida.

What's the matter with you Bob?

To assume that someone will get knocked
out in their next fight just because they were
KO'd in their last fight is a stretch. Especially considering Machidas record as
one of the least hit fighters in MMA.

But then again I wouldn't expect you to know this since your knowledge of the sport revolves around a couple of old UFC DVDs.
