    segal is a real fighter, but the styles dont work. I guess segal can help him with trapping, but why? Sonnen is just going to go for the takedown. Its silly.

    When did Segal fight professionally? In what sport? I know he trains, but training doesn't make you a fighter.

    Fact of the matter is that Segal is a 7th Dan in Aikido. (Master Teacher)
    There is only one level above that, but you have to be head of the family to recieve it.

    I segal has done sword competitions, but not Aikido competitions. I believe its against the rules to compete in Aikido.
