I have no faith in Cintron, but I thought he looked very good against Williams until the leaping out o the ring fiasco happened.

Margarito punches won't hurt as much, but he will be just as aggressive as the previous two fights...and Cintron doesn't like that...so Margarito wins again...

How is it that these two are fighting for the vacant WBC title? What did they do to deserve this?

Also that article states that Chavez-Duddy will be for the WBC 160lb Silver title? WTF is that???

Two biggest phonies in the sport. Like Whiskey said, they deserve eachother.

But for the record, Marg will own the Frog...... again.

    I agree with this.
How funny/sad is it that everyone agrees Margarito fought with loaded gloves yet still pick him to unanimously defeat Cintron again?

How pathetic does that make Cintron?

I've always hated that phonyass frog. He's a contender in his own mind, and even he stops believing it once the opening bell dings.

Worse still I've been saying the shit for fucking years. Back when everyone thought Cintron was some kind of monstrous puncher there I was arguing against it.

It would be funny to see Cintron looking all confident in the interviews, talking trash saying how things will be different now just to have him falling down with tear on his eyes looking for help in the first rounds... FOR THE THIRD TIME AGAINST THE SAME FIGHTER.

Why Sulaiman doesn't spare us of this travesty and just hand out the WBC belts to his darling mexican countrymen?

no one gives a shit about belts anymore. at least the fans don't. only signficance of belts is that title holders have leverage against non-title holders and they also get TV dates.

it's surprising that a bunch of guys no one knows somehow manage to win belts (more than once), yet a guy like rocky juarez can't seem to catch a break (and he probably won't ever win a belt).

Cintron is the John Ruiz of the Welter/Jr Middle divisions... no matter how much he sucks, no matter how shitty he looks, he is still somehow a "name"

    I loathe him

Let's not forget that he walked right through Cotto's arsenal. Loaded wraps don't allow you to do that.

That's actually a knock on Ruiz. It's funny because Cintron couldn't even hold Ruiz' jockstrap. At least Ruiz had the weird habit of winning most of his fights. I'd say Cintron is more like the Mayorga or Judah of the Welter/JrMidd division.
