Just watched Leonard-Green. Never can get enough of that beautiful combo Ray finishes Green with. Think I'll watch McCallum-Watson later on. I love watching that masterful destruction by The Body Snatcher.
All this talk of the McCallum/Watson fight, I think I'll have to watch it again myself. I may watch McCallum/Minchillo as well. I wish I had McCallum/Kalambay II.
Ive seen McCallum-Kalambay II, but I dont personally have it. I DO have the first fight though, and watch it often. Beautiful display by Kalambay.
I'd consider Papp, Stevenson, Savon, fuck even Kindelan and Rigondeux much greater amateur boxers. Breland was hyped by the american media, that's all.
I like how at the end of a round, Nelson unloaded on Fenech off the ropes and hurt him, then after the round ends, Nelson just looks at Fenech with this shit-eating grin to taunt him. Fenech actually blamed that loss on banging too many women in training camp.
</P>i have it on vhs, great fight and sick ko. i love how expressionless that guy in the front row is when the ko happens.
Why would I watch a diaperweight fight? What...you think I have nothing better to do with my time? :warning:
Watched Donald Curry vs Elio Diaz. Curry was somethin else. So clinical, and accuate. Such a talent. Shame he burnt out so quickly.
Double L will tell you he had major defensive flaws clearly, he lacked the subtle defensive genius of a Margarito Double L's list of the ten greatest defensive fighters would look something like this: 1. Antonio Margarito 2. Mickey Ward 3. Frank "The Animal" Fletcher 4. Randall "Tex" Cobb 5. Ben Tackie 6. William "Caveman" Lee 7. Yory Boy Campas 8. George Chuvalo (tie) Danny "Little Red" Lopez (tie) 9. James "Hard Rock" Green 10. Rafael "Bazooka" Limon he watches so CAREFULLY
i rewatched p-will vs. martinez. one of the judges had it 119-11 for williams. can you believe that shit. the very beautiful Julie Lederman had it a draw.
