Can the Leonard that beat Hagler decision the Kalambay that beat a prime McCallum?

I'd pick Kalambay but with little confidence.

Kalambay was more impressive vs McCallum then Leonard was vs Hagler but still, the styles in this matchup favor Ray.

 

I have Kalambay here by UD.

He did a job on Mike at that time, and beat Barkley.

He would have out-boxed Ray, IMO.

 

I dunno. Can't see that.

He would have given Leonard fits...but Ray would have won the decision no doubt.

 

I just can't see Kalambay having that extra intangible quality needed to beat Leonard here
