what we should do is look up the fact you've never had anything but praise for PBF. no matter what he does. oh wait. that's not fair. you're in love with him unconditionally. apparently. we cant expect you to see the forrest for the trees when it comes to PBF. can we? ); you bitch fag!

I don't agree with this. I think part of being great is being entertaining. PBF promotes himself as an entertainer - it's the premise on which he justifies dodging the best opponents out there. Given this, is it not reasonable to expect that PBF would be entertaining?

Oh wait. PBF has the same expectations for himself. His whole career he's been conscientous about, if nothing else, his ability to entertain. And so the bottom line is, he's concentrated his efforts on being entertaining. To do so, he's lines up the best light-weights GBP could offer and the best disenfranshised no-names he could steal titles from. And what's the result?

    HE FAILED !!!

Tito against Winky. Gosh dammit, Tito, you can't put your lead foot on the outside even once?

Harsh, IMO. Foreman had been out of the sport competitively for nearly eighteen months, & he could scarcely have picked a better return opponent than the fearsome, prime Lyle. Given he was coming back from a loss which history shows he never truly recovered from, I don't think he can be touched-up too much.

if that is the case it speaks to the dominance during his career. he won 11 rounds vs a guy who basically shouldve been a lightweight belt holder for KOing spadafora

If REED CARED Enough to RE-Watch that DREADFUL Fight, he'd Challenge U to a Round by Round to PROVE that it Wasn't 11-1....But that'd Entail 36 + Minutes of Life that REED would NEVER Get Back....

Floyd was Waaaaaaaaay LESS than Stellar vs. Sosa...REGARDLESS HOW MANY Rounds he "Won"...Like REED Said, that Fight would B Top 5 on Floyd's "LEAST IMPRESSIVE" List, in REED's Opinion....

I am being very harsh. Just thought I'd pick something out of the box
It was certainly one of HIS shittiest performances.
    He looked terrible.
There were mitigating circumstances, & he showed heart, but, a shitty performance (with drama), nonetheless

It doesn't really matter to me if it was 7-0, 5-2, 4-3, etc...it was a terrible performance because the guy just quit in the middle of the fight out of frustration and anger.

Corrales made weight. Castillo didn't, remember? Castillo didn't struggle nearly as much as Corrales, and he had an unfair advantage as a result.

Jones looked good in that one....until he was KTFO. I don't count it. I would count Tarver 3 or any other fights post Tarver 2 because Jone swas no longer elite at that point.

Does Dawson vs Pascal count? Throwing 4 left hands a round for no fucking reason might be the worst thing I've ever seen. Stupid, useless cunt.

I remember, but Corrales was undeniably lazy through the first three rounds. He was getting completely out-worked, & as usual, gave up his height & reach. It was laziness defensively which opened the door for the hook which ended the fight in the fourth.

Tyson vs. Douglas - Tyson was the undefeated & undisputed heavyweight champion of the world and the biggest star in boxing at that time. He was rarely tested during most of his title defenses and he seemed be on the way to having one of the most dominant title reigns ever before turning in a completely wretched performance against a huge underdog in Douglas.

I'm sure I will hear a billion excuses from the Tyson fans, but this topic isn't "Which fighter had the most excuses after a loss". Tyson was a top fighter who turned in a shitty performance against Douglas.

I'd say the first fight more than the second, I thought that while the margins in the rounds were close in the rematch, Hopkins clearly won the fight on rounds.

I thought Forrest's "performance" in the Mayorga rematch wasn't all that great, even though I believe I had him winning on my scorecard.

De La Hoya's performance against Sturm was pretty bad.

Erik Morales in the first Guty Espadas fight might apply, or the Zahir Raheem fight.

I'm surprised that you admitted that it was a terrible performance from Tyson as opposed to saying that it was a standard Tyson performance..just that Douglas was too good for him.

    There's hope for you yet...
