Mo is a lot like Lashley with the man difference being MO has a pretty good stand up. What's next for Mo? I say rematch him with Gegard and hopefully Gegard kicks his ass this time.
Mo is not anything like Lashley. He's got a decnet gas tank, he's got decent srtiking and he's actually won fights against guys who have a pulse. Mo would beat the shit out of Lashley.
I wouldn't say he has a strong gas tank. He is like Lashley is a sense that he has a strong wrestling base and eveyrthing else is a far second. The only main difference like I said is the striking.
Mo looked winded against Gegard, but fought the full 5 rounds. Lashley can't even fight 2 damn rounds.
mo was a world class freestyle wrestler and also a former ncca div-II champ and placed 3rd in ncaa div-i. his wrestling accolades shit on whatever lashley has ever achieved in sports. lawal would dominate that fraud.
Mo is elusive and lands a lot of strikes. Far from bad striking, but still not on the level of Calvacante or Mousasi. Funny thing was he was fighting even in striking with Calvacante until the Muy Thai plum. I think Mo can be a better striker than Rashad, because although it's not made of granite, Mo can take a shot, and Rashad is a good striker but has a fine china chin.
Mo tore his ACL and PCL during the fight and is out for nearly a year. Mo's in a bad way, he's too old to be having these types of injuries. Even Shoguns wasn't that bad. Shogun had no damage done to his miniscus...
