Bullshit. Obviously the decision is reprehensible. But I just love the "government"-style justification. So they got the application and in just 2 DAYS they granted a license.... but don't worry! In those 16 working hours of which they probably worked about 8, the Department of Licensing and Regulation workers diligently reviewed the extensive transcript of Margarito's entire California hearing? And the order issued by California? And everything else? So in between lunch, talking at the water cooler, calling their girlfriends, surfing for porn, and going to the bathroom, these guys did all this in what, 30 minutes?

Come on. Where I live, there is no license in existence you can get in 2 days other than a fishing license which you can buy at Walmart. Let alone a license to fight after something as catastrophic as Margarito's plaster problem. You can't get a building permit in my community in less than a few weeks, and that's at the local level. But somehow Margarito, despite his history, gets his approval rushed through in a matter of hours and this is supposed to be viewed by boxing fans how? Do you think it has anything to do with him ALREADY having a fight scheduled in Texas in 3 months?

Agreed. The fact that Plasterito is getting this fight puts a sour taste in my mouth, and honestly puts me off Pacquiao too.

Pacquiao doesn't need Plasterito, he shouldn't even give him the time of day, let alone a fucking huge payday.

People should boycott this fight, Plasterito should be fucking BANNED from boxing, not fighting a mega star like Pacquiao.
