Mosely despite getting old overnight, being unmotivated coming off the biggest payday of his career, and being a blown up welterweight draws with a big, young junior middlewieght champ who didn't even have to make weight.

Shows how great a fighter Mosely really is.

This puts alot into perspective imo. Look, Shane hasn't been the same since Forrest years ago. His victory over a slow and clumsy Marg, with no loaded gloves, was greatly exagerrated. Floyd wasn't nearly impressed with his win over Mosley as many fans were, ,,,,,and now it is evident,...for good reason. IMO...Floyd is the best in the world right now. But he is afraid to face a fellow great fighter because he knows he has never faced a fellow ATG (in his prime) in his life. He is afraid of Pacquiao....even though he could beat him easy. But if your scared...you are already beat. Let Manny trip AT ALL against Margarito...and Floyd will sign to face him in a second.

Morales, Barerra, and as we all know , Hatton and Cotto aren't alltime greats, but they were in their primes and the best available competition at the time. Floyd imo is the better skilled fighter, but there is no doubt who has the better resume and who has been bolder in taking the riskier fights. period

Mora won decisively, & as suspected by some beforehand, retirement beckons for Mosley.

Man, this fight surely shows how unimpressive Floyds win over Mosley really is.

Floyd dominated Shane 11-1. Whether Mosley was past prime or not..Floyd did what he should have done.

Now if Floyd struggled with shane and only won 7-5 or 8-4 you may have a point.

For fuck sake who is Mora? Who is Sergio Mora? He's a nobody. And he arguably beat Mosley. Floyds win over a 39 year old post-drugs Shane meant little in the first place. Now it means that bit less.

I completely disagree that Berto beats Alvarez. Although I wasn't that impressed with Alvarez and think a younger version of Baldomir might have actually beaten him, there's no way I think Berto could deal with Alvarez. Alvarez is nearly as fast, has a better chin, and it appears, better power.

Is Berto even still serious about boxing? He hasn't fought in forever, looked like total shit in his last fight and he's always been a bit overrated to begin with. I think Alvarez would expose Berto. Alvarez also looks a bit too bulky to comfortably make 147 to me and he didn't look all that sharp. I wonder how much work he's putting into the gym?

As for Angulo, I'd love to see him fight Berto or Alvarez and they said he was sick for the Cintron fight. Never heard about the excuse that he drove all the way to the fight but the fact that they're coming up with more excuses plus the unlikelyhood of someone driving that long while being sick kind of makes it all sound like BS.

Shane was more than "past his prime". Floyd himself is past his prime. Mosley was washed up.

They were telling me it was a close fight, but I thought I was winning the fight and out of my respect for him, I didn't want to hurt him." - Mora

Two things to be certain of there. Mora was right to be thinking he was winning --- he won this hands down on my card. He is certainly wrong to think he could ever hurt Mosley, though.

How in the fuck did you have Mora winning? Mosley won that fight easily. And Mora sucks.

I don't understand how so many have seemingly gone from picking Mora to win to deciding that because Mosley didn't knock him out that he can't be any good.

I personally don't trust the outcomes of any GBP fights that could be pivotal to its success as a company. But assuming for a minute that the fight wasn't somehow fixed, Mosley dominated.

I'm still interested in hearing about Ramonza's claim that Mora clearly defeated Mosley. In general, I have confidence in my perception of reality, and in accordance, I make the claim that there's no fucking way More drew with Mosley, let alone defeated him. Mora is a bonafied vagina of a fighter. His promoter and manager should give him an ultimatem, and you can bet that HBO will never give the Latin Dick another opportunity. He straight up failed the test. Everyone's suspicions are confirmed - Mora is a fucking fighter, in the fight business, who's afraid to get fucking hit !!! Like the biggest pussy you grew up with. Mora is a puss.
