They are looking for possibilities to cheat by plastering his ribs too this time?

I'm intrigued by this fight actually.

Margarito is MUCH bigger than Manny and Pacquiao is MUCH FASTER than Margarito.

Pacquiao should tattoo him to death..but I'm interested in seeing how it plays out..

Look at Margarito smiling there. Maybe they didn't tell him he doesn't get to use his wraps.

He's just happy he's in the ring with someone other than Mosley.

Well if they allow Manny to use steroids I don't see why not.

If Margarito comes with some hunger in his belly it should be a good fight. He's going to taking a beating early because he's such a damn slow starter. But will his late rally be enough to win him the fight. I think he's just too slow to catch Pacquiao with anything that will make a difference.

There is only one man that can beat Pacquiao, and that's Marquez. Arguably he's done it once, if not twice. Mayweather will be in jail.

If Margarito is anything better than 2-1 I'll have quite a bit of money on him. I'm not making any firm pick on this as of yet.

BTW - can anyone think of a major fight below heavyweight in boxing HISTORY with as pronounced a natural size difference as there'll be in this fight?

I see a very exciting fight..perhaps with Pacquiao getting stunned/dropped early to create some drama but with Pacquiao eventually punishing him so badly that if the ref doesn't stop it...Margarito would be in danger of certain death...

If Margarito beats Pac (which certainly isn't out of the question) it would be terrible for boxing.

Margarito shouldn't even be fighting, let alone against one the sport's premier superstars. This disgusts me.

Fair example, but Duran was probably a natural welter by that point and Hearns a big natural light middle weight. I know the difference in length, which was really exacerbated by their respective styles was huge, but I don't think the overall difference in bone structure was nearly as big as this.

The biggest natural size difference i ever remember seeing in ring below heavy was Harisson-McCullough - they looked about 3 weights apart, easily. I think his will easily eclipse that.

I certainly agree, but I am fairly confident this will be Pacquiao's night --- thankfully. I have consistently under-estimated him over the past two years, & for all the fool he's made of me, I don't think Margarito will be the man to halt his astonishing progression into the annals of history. We'll see, though.

It should, by rights, never be taking place, but then a lot of things in Boxing should never take place.

The size difference between hearns and Duran was greater by any measurement. Hearns' back and shoulders were big...he was like a lightheavyweight who starved himself and duran was always a blown up lightweight.

I disagree. Pac is way smaller than Duran. Now lets fall out about it, call each names & create a multi year e-fued, yeah?:crafty:

How about Joey Gamache and Arturo Gatti?

Despite the cheating, Margarito is a bad dude. He didn't put plaster in his chin when Cotto was hitting him with absolute bombs and he walked right through them. It took Mosley what? 9 rounds of flush shots before he dropped Margarito?

Can't believe people are still speculating on the possibility of Margarito having any power and the ability to hurt Pacquiao. Or maybe these are just people who think Pacquiao's management won't bother checking Margarito's wraps before the fight.
