Bowe KO 8 It would be competitive here and there but Bowe in the end would punish Ike. Ike never fought anybody with Bowe's skill and power. Bowe's jab would bust Ike up and uppercuts would finish the job.
Gimme IKE. Bowe was a bully: preyed on smaller or older fighters. Young Prime Ike would have taken his heart!
I see no way Ibeabuchi could dish out a more horrific beating than Golota did in his rematch with Bowe --- Lampley was calling it a Rocky movie from ringside, but Bowe refused to wilt. Even if Ibeabuchi could somehow neutralise a prime Bowe, he'd need a rocket launcher & machete to take that man's heart. Bowe was one tough monkey when he wanted to be.
Are you HONESTLY questioning Riddick Bowe's heart? SERIOUSLY Sly? Say what you want about Bowe being lazy, or about him possibly ducking Lummox, but one thing that CANNOT be denied is his heart. He had as much heart in the ring as any heavyweight in history.
At 6'5", 235-240ish, you're bound to run into your fair share of smaller fighters. That said, Jorge Luis Gonzalez was bigger and also undefeated before Bowe exposed him, avenging an amateur KO loss in the process. And if you want to talk about a bully preying on smaller and older fighters...
Bowe had a HUGE heart but to be fair Wlad's heart seems just fine I don't know why people say he has no heart? Every time he got dropped he got up for more. Every fight he lost either the corner or the referee stopped it. The guy never stayed on his stool and said he had enough. His heart is just fine I think
Bowe had heart in the ring. To suggest otherwise is really to expose yourself as ignorant. Bowe by late TKO.
Not really. I don't think it was Bowe who did the ducking, it was the people around him. But then I wasn't around, might be wrong.
Bowe had tons of heart inside the ring, but Wlad not having heart is a myth kept alive by hateful ones
Depends how you define 'heart'. For me useful heart includes composure under adversity (basically all aspects of how you respond to adversity), not just physical bravery.
The guy called a press conference and threw his belt in a bin. Regardless of how poorly he was advised, that is pretty much the most overt way of ducking out of a fight I've ever seen. MTF
