I need to start working out too, haven't done shit for years and was always just skinny anyway so never worried about it. Now I'm 32 and fucking getting a damn gut. I'm like a skinny fat guy.

 

Yeah, pretty much the same boat here. To put it frank, I look like shit in my own eyes - and I work in fucking television. I tell ya, when you're out of the exersising habit it's tough to get back in.

It sounds like a bitch move... but I'm thinking about hiring a personal trainer for a couple of months. Purely for motivation to get me back into a routine.

 

Weight isn't the end-all, be-all in wrestling. Especially not in the heavyweights. A lot of times, the best heavyweights weigh in around 240 and not at the 285 limit. It just depends.

However, as mentioned, Brock has the better pedigree and he is a lot bigger. When you are bigger AND a better wrestler, it could show up in a match.

I think in this matchup it may cancel out, though. Just because you are a better wrestler, it doesn't mean you can take down the lesser wrestler at will. Usually, you can't. If this match goes to the ground, I'm guessing it will be because someone gets an advantage against the fence and while that will probably be Brock, it could be Cain easily enough.
