    Hi

The vast majority of these are old home movies, silent

3/4/46 - Robinson/Angott II (later on the DVD, there is what is purported to be Robinson/Angott III but I can't confirm it)
    5/16/47 - Robinson/Abrams
    3/21/46 - Robinson/Flores
    6/24/51 - Robinson/Hecht (the infamous DQ fight)
    8/9/50 - Robinson/Fusari

I had three others that I can not seem to locate for some reason (this is causing me considerable consternation)

to DOUBLE L, I could make a copy for you, no prob

Classic Welterweight action featuring two genuine punchers that most people have not heard of or seen in action.

Jones was limited, but he damn sure could crack! He arguably won the first fight with McCrory, but against Curry he was just outclassed and damn near got his nose punched off... literally.

Jones was one of those guys who looked like a boxer but was in fact a pure, total puncher, and not too much more.

Laing was ridiculously talented but jones had his number. It's crazy that the rematch went EXACTLY the same way, Laing having a massive points lead before being stopped in the 9th

    Too kind.

Jones just looked like a skinny 12 rounder if ever there was one. I would pay hard cash to see him fight Junior Witter.

Witter would be ice-skating around and then just get KTFO after racking up a huge lead on the cards.

It's true. jones looked anything but formidable... just a plucky little fighter... but he sure could crack... like you said, you would never expect him to be a hitter like that

Don't forget to add some sort of "kaboom!" sound to every hard shot Robinson lands.

I remember watching a game years ago where the Steelers were getting killed (this was back in the Tommy Maddox era) and to overcome how depressing the whole thing was, I decided to have a little fun... every completed pass (or interception) I augmented with a sound of an explosion... laughed myself silly, I did

    Never thought much of Jones.

Very one-dimensional, easy to figure out, moved straight in and moved out straight back.

The other European kid, Steve Collins, was a much better and more polished and complete fighter than Jones was.

Steve Collins was a Super-Middleweight, and was at-or-around Colin Jones level, bettering the likes of Eubank and a past-it Benn, but losing to McCallum, Kalamby and Reggie Johnson.

I'd say that Collins had more skill and brains then Jones, but less power.
