Watching Shannon shadow box here I scored it 10-9 for the shadow. He is in trouble

 

For two rounds this'll probably be the most interesting Vitali fight since Sanders. Briggs can hit, he's accurate, he's good with feints which may throw Vitali off with that leaning defence slightly and he's very aggressive out the traps, which Vitali isn't used to.

He isn't gonna win, but he'll make the early going interesting at least. And he won't tacitly quit like most Klit opponents do, he'll genuinely try to win and get KOd trying.

Two rounds ? More like 30 seconds :: Vitaly knows this though. He is highly intelligent. He plays chess for goodness sake! He will just akwardly move around Briggs while poking away at him with his akward punches. Shannon will follow him around with his statue like footwork while every 30 seconds throwing and missing a shot.

After a round or two Vitaly will start opening up with more akward shots and Shannon will have nothing. Instead of concentrating on offense he will concentrate on establishing his post fight interview excuses.

 

If Vitali were to lose to this bum...he should go and voluntarily exile himself to Antartica

 

This is to be the single most embarrassing public workout video I've ever seen. There is one part he looks like he's scrambling eggs. He is completely exhausted after circling the ring less than 3 times. How anybody can sanction this fight is ridiculous.

I don't expect him to win, I don't expect him to do well, I don't expect him to last 5 rounds. But if he does win within 2 or 3 rounds, it won't be a miracle or anything.

 

do you know of a world class heavyweight contender? I certainly don't see one in this video. But if you like, I can circle around the ring, huff and puff, throw a couple of punches and go home if you like. Then I'll go back and juice up on steroids and I'll look like this clown.

I wanted to post the video of him havving the best training camp of his career when he jogs at about 1 mile per hour and does mitt, so slopilly and so disinterested. He looks pathetic

Briggs' weight does look good in the OP, I will give him that.
Nothing else does, though, especially not the disturbing Neil Peart imitation.

I haven't seen the Tarantula look so nimble since its vintage late-90's days...Klitschko could be in trouble.

It's an amazing thing about Briggs. All his bleating about having asthma & being a two-time world champ (what a joke) aren't the most embarrassing thing about him.

 

He looks truly awful. Maybe it's all a ploy to get Vitali complacent.

 

He isn't smart enough to pull off such a ploy. He's just honestly fucking horrible

Well we know he isn't that. Briggs has real skills, despite this strange footage, even if he is old, slow and gassy. He isn't showing his real stuff in this video.

 

I just think the problem is his medical condition. They impede his ability to fight.

this is exactly what hurts him more. He has to much muscle his body can't carry. He'll be KO'd inside of 5-rounds
