This card is being held at the Silver Spurs Arena in Kissimmee, Florida...just three minutes from my house. I was planning to go watch it live, but a series of events have prevented me from doing so (today I worked like a mule carrying all day 80 lbs bags of cement for an expansion we are doing to our house...I am beat). Here I am debating if just go there and watch this bout I was looking for all month or just take a shower and crash in bed. Anyway, if anyone does a round by round I'll stay home and sleep in front of the pc monitor. Yeah is Puerto Rico vs Mexico. It will be fun to yell at the mexicans and watch the out-of-the-ring-fights. But right now my bed looks sooo tempting!
if this is the same hernandez who beat too sharp a while ago, then he fucking blows. last time i saw him fight, he quit vs. israel vasquez after 3 rounds or so without giving much of an effort.
According to fightnews the bout was stopped in the 11th round. IMO Vazquez Jr did not inherit half of the defensive skills of his legendary dad. The kid punches hard, but defensive wise still needs to learn. Well he never had an amateur career, so I guess he is still learning.
