JMM would school that reformed cholo in Rios. And no Katsidis ain't beating JMM either. Fucking Juan Diaz handled him pretty easy for gods' sake.

Rios better look for Soto to get a tittle at 135! Hell that fight should have happened already.

I agree with some that Rios is a new version of Vargas minus the talent. He talks shit and is fun to watch but he is not an elite fighter.

Supposedly if Soto gets past his latest defense, it WILL happen... and Rios will beat the hell outta Soto.

I'm so sick of fighters finding out about other dates they could have, and then pulling out of fights already scheduled. This is obviously what's happened with Pavlik. He probably found out about an HBO date open for him in January or some shit. I don't much care in this case, but it never feels good to be lied to.

I doubt Pavlik has pulled out of this card without a legit reason wheter it's an injury or personal problems.

I hear Jose Cuervo knocked him out badly in sparring, forcing the cancelation.

A legit reason wouldn't be that a date opened up for him on HBO, in which he could headline, and make 3 times what he would for the under-card fight?

Why would you doubt he'd make that up? A rib injury? You think Pavlik is above that or something? All fighters do it if it suits them. They fight to get paid afterall.

To me, it's a sign of a fighter who's in a position of having to capitalize on opportunities (TV dates). And that means 99.99% of all fighters.

You watch. Pavlik will fight Kessler or someone like that on HBO in January or February.
