I really don't care for this fight happening...... I rather watch Mosley finish off his career vs. Berto..if he wins good go out w/ a victory...if he losses then it's OKAY..he won't take the kind of beating Pacquiao will lay on him...and helps a young fighter rise into the SPOTLIGHT...
Win or lose. There's no questioning that Mosley is a tough tough bastard. He wants the best whenever he can get them, and he laid the beating of a lifetime on Margarito.

well my point is if he has a chance to face Pacquiao, it's understandable he'd take that route rather than to fight Berto for much less money.
Why on earth would Arum feel like he has to get Shane on a plane over there to discuss how much Shane would get? A simple "Hey Shane, it's Bob here. Look you'll get 12% purse, no PPV upside for you and we'll fight you at 140 lbs, all right? Oh and the weight in is on fight night" message on Shane's voice recorder would get the fight done in 2 seconds.

Through sheer physical strength, Mosley is going to trouble Pacquiao for a couple of rounds, but when Manny finds his rhythm, he's going to give Mosley the beating of his career. Which is the main reason I don't want to see this fight.

A fight with Mosley wouldn't be competitive. The guy simply can't stop from gassing out after 2 minutes and he can't even throw punches with any mustard on them anymore. From what Shane showed in his last fight I seriously don't see how he could even defend himself against Pacquiao much less be competitive. If Al Cole is the ref Shane might die in the ring. I also hope the people who've witnessed Shane's last 2 fights will have the smarts to not only bouycott this matchup but also criticize it before hand in hopes it will kill any efforts to make it happen.
Actually Konzc is claiming that after Floyd, Shane is their number one option. They claim Shane will bring in the most money and he's a bigger name than any of the other options out there. Makes financial sense, especially once they talk Shane into taking 2.5 million dollars and none of the PPV royalties and he happily accepts.
