No he's white and has upset Neilgro. This is what makes him trailer-trash. You will have noted that old Neilgro is not whitey's biggest fan.:shit::shit:

I dunno who else noticed it, but some of the right hands that Marquez landed in the 9th were lifting Katsidis' leg off the canvas.

    Marquez is an offensive genuis.

Neilgro is clearly part of the problem when it comes to race relations.

marquez is a legend. i wonder if all of the staunch pacquiao enthusiasts will complain when team pac demands marquez face him at welterweight instead of 140lbs?

I noticed that, but I thought it was mostly because Katsidis was hurt and had lost his legs. Could've been a twitch even, like Frazier's when Foreman pounded his head.

THat would be a complete bitch move if that went down.I think 140 would be a weight where they will both be at there best.

Only as much as the Floyd groupies complain about Floyd dragging him up to welterweight.

But really, I don't think Pacquiao should fight him now, as Marquez is hardly legit at 140 or 147, and if he does fight him, at least do it at 140.

it has already went down. we'll see if they change their mind, despite having all of the leverage.

well then we'll see how consistent you are. You have never seen me make any claims about that being a great win for mayweather jr. I said it was a mismatch all along

Which is why he shouldn't do that. He'll just look like a pussy like Floyd is.

Do think Manny would sign a contract for one weight, then ignore it purposely?

Fair enough, the other Floyd fan roy, actually seems to think it's a legit win for Floyd and there's no problem in him dragging Marquez up to 147.

Good point, I half forgot about that.

The fight was actually meant to be 144/145 right? Then Flid just turned up at 147.

Yep. There are guys at 140/147 who would be just as easy money as a JMM fight, probably more so.

the catchweight had monetary concessions. as far as i know the fight was officially a welterweight bout. I expect if Marquez-Pacquiao takes place it will be at the welterweight limit as well.

bottom line, Marquez came in at 145lbs, 5 pounds less than what Mayweather jr or Pacquiao enter the ring at

That's not how weight classes work Neil, the contractual weight is the amount you have to weigh the day before the fight, at the weigh in.

show me the contract to the bout. Marquez should be glad things transpired as they did. he got paid more for a hopeless endeavor.

regardless if pacquiao and marquez fight at 135, 140, or 147lbs we know what both of them will enter the ring at. the weight doesnt concern me as much as the age and obvious decline in marquez's abilities do at this point.

I have no interest in seeing Manny and Marquez fight again. Plus, Marquez will get thrashed. I dont see him being effective any higher than 135.

I rather see Manny fight the Hatian.

    I wouldn't. I think Pac/Marquez III would be a way better fight.

seems to me that pacquiao's footspeed would trouble marquez more than anything at this point.

IF Manny-Marquez III comes about, than hopefully we get to see Berto-Cotto. That sure as hell is alot more interesting than Cotto-Chumpez Jr, or Cotto-Marg II.
