I don't know about you guys, but I can't help but think that God disapproves of Ward's selfish, underhand, cheating tactics. In order to get in God's good books, I think Ward needs to stop being so selfish and such a dirty cheat. He should try to become a better person, learn to fight in other people's towns or on neutral ground, try not to headbutt and cheat his way to victory. I think God probably likes a sense of fair play. What do you guys think?
I watched that fight from the fifth round on. Ward is a good inside fighter and like most Religious people he seems to be bereft of anything even remotely tantamount to a set of morals or a sense of right and wrong. He is an innate, registered cheat who throws kidney shots, headbutts and elbows like they were going out of fashion. His disgusting cheating is second only to the obsequious reception it gets on the Showtime commentary panel.

The time to answer rough-housing is at the time of the rough-housing. There was patently no need to throw elbows in the 11th. And Bika had eased up on an awful lot of the filth by that stage, with Showtime by now applauding and joking about the cheating.

let's see WArd was a middleweight who moved up to ligh heavy so his boxing mate can make the Olympic team and he still won Gold at light heavyweight. Who does that? yeah perfect example of him being selfish. ointlaugh: as a pro he stopped the best at168 in Kessler for his first tittle shot. yeah I'm sure god is puking right now. ointlaugh: I honestly think that the knock on Ward comes from the time he debut as a pro. HIs carreer took a while to get going and alot of people rode him off as a bust. Now that he is having some success and I guess some people thought he would be gone by now. He is not and won't go away for a while.

Of course he has to be. Imagine God asking Noah to build his ark becuase he wants to punish humans but instead of sending a worldwide deluge just ends up sending a boring light rain here and there making sure the fight is scored for him?
