Your logic is so flawed it doesn't even seem right to call it logic. "Sub wrestling is pure" I really don't know how to respond to that. I have this picture in my head of TLC photo shopping Aoki's picture with a white wedding dress. Just another note, Pancration is a martial art developed by the Spartans of ancient Greece. What you know as the "King of Pancrase" tourneys was a promotional sport. I know you don't give a shit, but just wanted to make the difference.
Correct. The suspect rules notwithstanding, Pancrase tourneys were loaded with the top-tier fighters of the era. These guys "adapted" to a goofy set of rules in the same fashion that TODAY'S fighters like Fitch have "adapted" to current rule systems. Talent is talent. The Shamrocks were both widely regarded as "world-beaters" in their day. However, Prime Ken takes out Prime Frank 9 times out of 10 based on strength, size and superior grappling advantage. Just my 2 cents.
I don't know about Frank, but as far as Ken being a juicer, he had feathers, quacked, webbed feet, and said aflac a lot.
Well, I can't argue either side of the "Did he or Didn't he" Ken Shamrock steroids discussion. All I am saying is he was bigger and stronger than Frank during his prime. How he got that way is a different thread in my opinion.
I always thought all the guys went to Japan to fight because of the great nutrition plans and Ginseng. Isn't that how all of them got so strong over there?
I didn't think it was even a debate. Didn't Ken admit using steroids? And didn't he even fail a test recently?
Do you think anyone doesn't juice in Japan? I would bet to anyone that even Sakuraba juiced. Hell I bet Aoki has juiced in his career. Thats why you fight in Asia. It is 100% accepted and really isn't even looked down upon.
just because he's not ripped or doesn't have the look of taking roids doesn't mean that he's not juicing. a lot of fighters take that shit for various reasons and mostly they use it to heal faster when they sustain injuries.
Did you know one of the main reasons athletes take roids is to get over injuries quicker and also to prevent injuries from happening. You are very childish if you think Aoki has never taken sterroids. I would be willing to bet close to everyone fighting in Dream, Sengoku, K-1, etc are roiding or have done roids at points in their careers. In fact, I'd go so far to say that the majority of UFC fighters have done them at some point as well. Most world class athletes have.
