    ..and it look great.

btw, David Haye is a perfect marketing ploy for a British Audience so i don't see what the big deal is from the thread starter.

I couldn't give a fuck who was on the front cover. Should have been Pac, but I doubt he's losing sleep over it.

As far as I know...they use different people in different regions.

EA sports has been at that for years with the various different soccer, rugby games.

I used to buy it thinking "wow...Robbie Keane is on the cover, he's obviously the bomb" and marvelling at the love EA Sports had for Keano .....before realizing that the English version had somebody else, as did the Spanish version, etc.

I think this is the part that he found comical - and also the difference between marketing exaggeration and blatant lying:

Haye is currently taking the boxing world by storm and has cemented himself as one of the biggest Heavyweight boxers in the world right now.

Good is only for the UK version..of course they gonna use Haye.....

for the US they should used Mayweather and Pacquiao...

I'm NEVER satisfied with these Fight Night games.....the last one had 5-6 division with only 5-6 fighters in each....LAME...AND until each fighter has their own style I will not be satisfied....:pissed:

Well let me show you where this ignorance stems from, this ties in with precisely what I was saying yesterday:

    http://www.guardian.co.uk/sport/2010/dec/13/amir-khan-floyd-mayweather-fight?intcmp=239

But, after his extraordinary win over the Argentinian Marcos Maidana at the Mandalay Bay on Saturday night to hang on to his WBA light-welterweight title, Khan is the hottest property in boxing outside his friend Manny Pacquiao and the slumbering heavyweights, among them David Haye and the Klitschko brothers.

    ******************

Khan, it is said, is 2nd in stature only to Pac and the heavyweights, who until Khan beat Maidana were, it seems, not very good at all.

Now all of a sudden, the heavyweights are brilliant, but slumbering, even if they do fight every three months like Wlad.

I guess the marketing team didn't think "Belt Holder" would be attractive.

You can download pretty much any boxer you'd ever want to within a month. I don't even care what the roster is any more.

It irks me every time he's described as a 'champion'. He's champion of London after the Harrison fight and that's about it.

I haven't played any of the Fight Night games. Do you have to pay sanctioning fees when you get close to a title shot?

Fight Night 3 was the pick in my op,... had they got rid of the 'freezing arms' whilst trying to deliver a powerful swish,.. it would have been a hot sort. Still, it's the best one they've ever made,.. I threw round 4 into the fucking car park in a bewildered spat,.. what a ridiculous catastrophe.

The original KO KINGS was the best.

When I played as Gatti, I had Arguello down before being cut and KO'd

    Very realistic.

you're an idiot. Round 3 was the disgrace of the series with the stun punch and ko punch crap. You could be a light punching fight and land one of those punches on a steel chinned fighter and knock him out every time. not realistic

Based on accomplishment it should be Froch, based on popularity it should he Haye. Both must enjoy it while they can, because for the next 20 years it will be Degale on the cover of EA DeGale Night. :fightme:

there are only 2 fighters that have been on the roster of every single EA sports boxing game (starting with KoKings 99).

    Who are they?
