If they remove your colon and attach your small intestine to you rectum, you can have cases of acute diarrhoea. Bascially what I have been saying: he was scared of shitting himself literally. It also explains his vegetarian diet, since he has to eat low fat food. I wonder whether he had colon cancer, it is certainly nothing to be ashamed off. At least he didn´t have to get a stoma, that would have ended his career.
