AND mexican wedding shirt DO NOT....DO NOT bring Manny PACQUIAO into this thread....:nono:

There is an Asian on the list on the list just for Neil...because I think he is the one that love small asian...and big black...yellow and black..he should be latin king...

They're a few old timers.....1930'-40's maybe even older who knows....for those who love mummies...A lot of all time great bantam have been left out...cause for real who cares about "Jumpin Booger" Mickey McKinkie or "Sweet Molester" Joe Arbini .....:nono:

    No Arguello?

He's more deserving of a spot than half the guys there

I think Arguello would be a tad too big for BW

The more recent super bantamweight guys run away with this on size alone. They have 15lb in the ring on half these guys.

I'd like to see Eder Jofre fights but i think the only thing available of him is his
    loss(es) to Harada.

Personally, I'd pick either Eder Jofre or Ruben Olivares

I think "Joltin'" Jeff Chandler is dangerous for any man in the tourney, including those two. He was a badass in his brief prime before cataracts and weight issues cost him his title and his career.

That would have been a great match... Pintor was a tough guy and there was no quit in him

I have barely seen any Manuel Ortiz footage... I really don't know much about him other than that he had by all accounts a very distinguished reign

Panama Al Brown cuts a very impressive figure for a 1920s boxer... definitely well ahead of the curve technically... but again, I find it hard to evaluate him in a context in the 40s and beyond because a lot of his opponents were good, solid opponents only by the still changing/developing standards of the 1920s but they would appear somewhat rudimentary compared to even just 10 years later... Boxing changed a lot between 1920 and 1940, radically really. Dempsey/Benny Leonard completely turned the game on its ear and opened the floodgates... by the 1930s, the young good fighters looked light years more advanced than the guys of the early 20s... The 40s fighters looked more sophisticated than the 30s guys... I think the 40s is the first truly modern era of boxing

I'm not sure that today's era belongs in the discussion with any time between 1945-1995... I think the average world-class fighter has actually decreased considerably in quality over the last 15 years, rather than improving or at the very least maintaining.
