Chef (2014) Watched this delightful film last night and found it as enjoyable as the food the characters prepared in the story. It stars actor/director Jon Favreau (director of IronMan) as a passionate restaurant chef who needs to start from scratch and find himself and bond with his son while on a road trip from Miami to Los Angeles. Great performances by Favreau, Scarlett Johansson, Dustin Hoffman and even John Leguizamo. Nice cameo by Robert Downey Jr. Sofia Vergara was herself as usual and the only 'duh' point of an otherwise entertaining film. Warning: eat before you watch this film or you'll be craving to eat a Cuban sandwich!!! 8.5/10
what do you mean even John Leguizamo? He's way better than that hack Johansson and the washed up Hoffman.
That movie is fun. Leguizamo was perfect for the "Shrek/Donkey" relationship of the characters. And yeah, it made me hungry. That grilled cheese at the beginning...
