Watched the first two episodes (free this weekend) and SURPRISE! this is actually very good! A worthy sequel to the original. Many references to the original film to make a smooth transition to the later life of LaRusso and Lawrence. I loved that Lawrence is so anti-PC anti-sjw without being made into a black hat villain, but a guy that can't understand all this modern 'pussyness'. This is the sequel series no one was asking for, but that we surely deserve. I'll have to watch the rest...somehow...

 

I watched all of it. It's fucking fantastic. I thought it was going to be a comedy that only fans would love but it has mass appeal. A great continuation of the characters we remember. 10/10.

Probably one of my favorite series of all time.

Yeah man, do it. It's done well. You're going to cheer for both Johnny and Daniel. The supporting cast is great too. Good bunch of kids and they carry the show forward and allow Zabka and Macchio to shine.

I wasn't a fan of The Karate Kid...will I like this though ?

 

I didn't like it. I'm not comfortable with homosexual scenes and there is way too much of that here. And when they revealed the main guy is "transitioning" that killed it for me. They ruin everything nowadays with their agendas.

 

I mean if you want a gay character what fucking ever but let me use my imagination OR NOT instead of showing a head going up and down for 2 minutes.... ugh

 

Too many ass eating jokes. I get it. The character is gay and gay people eat each other's asses but every 5 minutes about the ass eating . It takes away from the karate...

 

Don't let the bra in cobra mislead you. This show is all about snakes.

BTW that famous line "grass hopper" ? Gone. It's been replaced with snake hopper... it's so fucked up how they're doing this classic.
