I thought I did a thread review, but then I probably imagined it. ::

 

I saw it last night, solid movie, I rate it 7/10. I liked the first hour a lot better than the last 1.5 hours, where things got a bit too crazy.

 

Crazy movie. 8/10. One of the better movies I watched in 2014. Easily.

 

Ben Affleck is a lot less hated these days

Rosemary Pike is really good in this and the Blurred Lines chick is hot.

He's good provided the right scripts/roles (I thought he was good in Kevin Smith movies before Smith started sucking).

But I still think Affleck is better behind the camera.

 

I'll put this in the over-rated bin. A bit too trite and wink wink for its own good. I'd say it's one of Finchers weaker films.
