Holmes had ofthen trouble with guys who could match his reach and physical power even if these guys were inferior boxers compared to him. Carl Williams and Trevor Berbick both only lost close decisions and even Bonecrusher Smith and Mike Weaver gave him trouble. Valouev's reach is somethink Larry has never seen, Valouev has a nice jab when he uses it and he is impossible to manhandle in clinches. He also seems to have a sturdy chin and Holmes wasn't a KO artist so it would probably go the distance. IMO this is close to a pick'em, who would you pick? With a gun on my head, I'd pick Holmes by near-shutout
