Fighting in the WEC is not a bad thing if you keep winning. I don't think they are independant anymore. I am quite sure the UFC owns them. 32 isn;t real old but to only have 6 fights it is kinda old. Doesn;t leave lots of time for experience. Regardless, if Hicks is that good he is in the right place to be noticed.
