read his interview on boxingtalk. talk about a non-egotisical guy. he assesses his interivew w/ floyd and talks about how he wishes he would've handled it differently. not everyone agrees with kellerman's analysis, but he's good to the sport and is a true fan.
I've always been a Kellerman fan, even of the I, Max show. Any boxing fan who works their way up from doing public access boxing shows as a kid, has my support. He could have handled the interview differently for sure, but overall he does well. People are acting as if Merchant wouldn't have instigated and shut down PBF as well.
I haven't watched the HBO broadcast yet...did he say "clearly he shouldn't be fighting over 140 pounds" during the fight?
I didn't like Max until I spent some time with him at the Hilton Americas bar and found out that he was a great guy.
